Team Novasa Homes is a real estate team formed by two real estate agents licensed in Virginia for the past 6 years under the well-known Keller Williams Company.
Team Novasa Homes es un equipo de bienes raíces formado por dos agentes inmobiliarios con licencia en Virginia desde hace 6 años, bajo la reconocida empresa Keller Williams.
This team offers a complete service, as they handle sales, purchases, rentals, remodels/renovations, and property management. They are ready to meet the real estate needs of their clients. In addition to this, they have the advantage of handling three languages: English, Italian, and Spanish.
Este equipo ofrece un servicio completo, ya que se encargan de venta, compra, alquileres, remodelaciones/renovaciones y manejo de propiedades. Están listas para cubrir las necesidades inmobiliarias de sus clientes. Además de esto, cuentan con la ventaja de utilizar tres idiomas: inglés, italiano y español.
As for the brand design, we chose to create a logo with the name of the team plus an icon (house) that serves to anchor it to the real estate sector, and once positioned, start using only the acronym TNH.
En cuanto al diseño de marca, se optó por crear un logotipo con el nombre del equipo más un icono (casa) que sirva para anclarla al sector inmobiliario, y una vez posicionada, comenzar a utilizar solamente las siglas TNH.
We created a simple and modern identity, without superfluous elements and gave priority to images and more specifically to families, since they represent the majority of their clients.
Creamos una identidad simple y moderna, sin elementos superfluos y dando prioridad a
las imágenes y más puntualmente a familias, ya que ellas representan la mayor parte de
sus clientes.
